Publisher saves projects in PUB format. For the print shop, customers or club members you export your work as a PDF or image file that anyone can open. You bring in text from Word and tables from Excel.

Who is Publisher 2019 as a standalone program worth it for?

The standalone program is the most affordable solution if you mainly use this one program at a workstation, for example at reception, in accounting or in the home office. If you later need more programs, an Office suite is usually cheaper than several standalone programs.

Publisher 2019 or Publisher 2021?

Both versions are perpetual licences and save in the same format. Publisher 2019 is the more affordable choice, while Publisher 2021 offers the more modern interface. Publisher is no longer included in the Office 2024 suites.

Microsoft 365 costs money every year. Office 2019, by contrast, you pay for once, and the programs stay on your computer permanently. Installation and activation

1. Download the installation file using the link in our e-mail.
2. Start the setup and follow the installation. Uninstall older versions of the same program first.
3. Open the program and activate it online with the product key – without a Microsoft account.
