Below you will find our complete withdrawal policy – both for the purchase of physical goods (e.g. USB sticks) and for digital products and software licences.
A. Withdrawal Policy
Who has a right of withdrawal?
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his or her trade, business or self-employed professional activity.
Withdrawal period – 14 days
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the last good.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement:

You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose – however, this is not obligatory. An informal e-mail is sufficient.
You may also submit your withdrawal directly online via our withdrawal form. Once we have received your online withdrawal, you will receive confirmation by e-mail without delay.
✅ To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.
Important notice for digital products & software licences
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:
- you have expressly consented to our beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired,
- you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving this consent, and
- we have provided you with a corresponding confirmation.
The right of withdrawal also expires as soon as a product key or licence key has been used to register or activate the software.
The activation of software with the product key cannot be reversed. Pursuant to § 356 Abs. 5 BGB (German Civil Code), the right of withdrawal for digital content expires as soon as performance of the contract has begun – in this case through activation of the software.
Subsequent withdrawal after activation has taken place is legally excluded.
Effects of withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you – including any delivery costs – without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal statement.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction – unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
Obligation to return:
- Goods must be sent back without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the withdrawal statement
- You, as the buyer, bear the direct cost of returning the goods
- You are only liable for any diminished value if it results from handling other than what is necessary for examining the goods
