How our prices come about
For many products, our price is well below the manufacturer's recommended retail price (RRP). On this page we explain why, what is included in the price and what is not.
What makes up the price
- Digital delivery: the product key, download link and instructions are sent by email. There is no packaging, no physical media, no warehouse and no parcel shipping.
- Purchasing from distributors: we buy larger quantities from distributors and wholesalers in Europe and get better purchase prices as a result.
- Lean processes: no high-street shop and no intermediaries in sales. Our own team handles delivery and customer service.

What the crossed-out price means
The crossed-out price is the manufacturer's recommended retail price (RRP). Our price is the final price including VAT. There are no shipping costs for digital delivery.

Our goodwill promise
If a product you have ordered is ever no longer available, you will receive the next higher version or edition at no extra cost – for subscriptions such as antivirus or VPN, with the same term and number of devices. We accept exchanges as long as the product key has not yet been redeemed.
Compare prices yourself
Many of our products are also listed on idealo. When comparing, make sure the version, edition, licence type and number of devices are the same – for example Office 2024 Home & Business for 1 PC or Windows 11 Pro as a single-user licence. These details are what determine the price.
