Who is a standalone program worthwhile for?

Transferring accounts and data

Outlook 2024 for Mac imports data from older Outlook versions. Via “File” → “Import” you import Outlook archives in OLM format that you previously exported on the old Mac. IMAP accounts synchronise their folders directly from the server anyway, and contacts from the Apple Contacts app can be imported as vCard. If you also use Outlook 2024 for Windows on an office PC, an Exchange or IMAP account lets you work with the same e-mails and folders on both devices.
