Setting up Outlook 2016

When you start it for the first time, Outlook guides you through setting up your email account. You connect mailboxes at Gmail, Outlook.com, GMX or your web host via IMAP, and Exchange also works in the office. Rules sort invoices and enquiries automatically into their own folders, and the calendar shows all appointments at a glance.

Office 2016 or a newer version?

The interface is familiar, the programs run smoothly even on older computers, and if you work in a team with colleagues who also use Office 2016, you have the same menus and functions everywhere. Installation and activation

2. Download Office using the download link and start the setup. Uninstall older Office versions and trial versions beforehand.
3. Open an Office program, for example Word, and enter the product key when prompted.
