Buy Lizenzindustrie products – accessories and services for your software licence

A licence on its own doesn't solve every problem: sometimes you lack the right storage medium for a clean install, sometimes the time or experience to set everything up. That's why, under our own brand Lizenzindustrie, we offer accessories and services that complement your software purchase. You book digital services directly in the shop as usual, and receive access details and information by email.

The Lizenzindustrie range

• USB stick for installation media: memory sticks in various capacities, suitable for creating a bootable Windows installation stick – from €14.95.
• Premium Support: priority handling of your request and help via TeamViewer remote access with installation, configuration and troubleshooting – €45.00 base fee, with additional time charged per quarter of an hour.
• Services and extras: freely combinable extras such as an invoice by post, extended installation instructions, remote installation, a warranty extension or a security check of your PC.

When the add-on products are worth it

You need a USB stick if you want to install Windows on a new or freshly formatted PC and don't have a stick of your own to hand. You create the installation medium with Microsoft's Media Creation Tool. Premium Support is ideal if you'd rather not set up Office or Windows yourself, activation isn't working or several programs need to be installed at once. The individual services are useful when you need something specific, for example a paper invoice for your accounts, the licence key additionally by text message or post, or an extended warranty.

Our tip: add accessories and services to your basket when you buy the licence. That way you have everything in one order and on one invoice. If you're setting up an office with several workstations, you'll also save time, because Windows, Office and other programs can be set up in a single support session.
